    I can add screenshots of my meals on the next week’s log. I do eat broccoli daily. I digest beans and corn good. I have been eating since I was little, so maybe I am just used to. Beans and corn are used a lot with Brazilian food recipes.

    I am just trying to build as much muscle as I can while I am going on a stronger cycle. I feel like I can’t add muscle mass when I am cutting. Do you think if I cut I can still add a lot of muscle mass. I will add those enzymes.
