Been weight training off and on for 20+ yrs. Had some set backs- surgeries, drugs (dont do 'em, kids), couple years of being a lazy shit. Been a lot more serious last several years and looking to gain as much knowledge as possible, empirical and scientific alike.
Been a regular in the ph game for about 5yrs with some great success. Spent last couple years "researching" sarm's. Love the sarm's!
Recently diagnosed with arthritis in rt knee and lower back, also my ankles are showing some real wear. Working to take care of myself and get back on track while regrouping my training regimen. Can't go at it like I used to but, I ain't a quitter, either. Still love to go good and heavy when it suits.
Powerbuilding, Train At Home- got no time for cell phones, mirror checks, watchin chicks squat.
