Diet is very simple and the same everyday so not very exciting lol its basically:
4 x meals a day of
180-250g cooked chicken breast (air fried)
150-200g cooked brown rice, (white rice pre and post workout)
And a solid serving of broccoli
That's per meal, sometimes swap rice for sweet potato...

3 weeks ago I added in 30min fasted cardio every morning and 2 lifting sessions daily, I think it's done the trick. I'll keep this diet and exercise regime for the rest of summer to keep the shredded look coming then I'll look into doing a lean bulk...

This morning was chest, shoulders and triceps. I did a P.R on flat bench with 95kg for 6 reps, next week I'm trying 100kg for the first time, I never have a spotter so its probably taken longer for me but I'm still pretty happy with where I'm at as I'm 75kg as of this morning.
