Any reason why you went with 5mg capsules AJ? All the research I've done on ibutamoren suggests 10mg as the standard dose for the bare minimum results and better GH stimulation. SARM's research is already hard enough to find consistent reports across forums and websites, so I thought I'd ask.

Currently running 30mg. I'm on day 12 I think at the moment? I started at 20mg and increased to 30mg after a week. Ordered a second batch from UGLOZ and bought some mk677 too. Planned on stacking the mk677 on top for 8 weeks or so.

I'm new to PED's, so I've started with SARM's (Ostarine). Would like to pin eventually but I'm honestly not sure where to start with that. Obviously a little scared of pinning. Just a learning curve that I'm currently pretty ignorant on.

This poster is wrong. Beta blockers aren't for life once you start them. They're literally one of the safest medications you can take. I'm prescribed them for anxiety, and was told to take them as needed, just like many others are. They're commonly used by musicians for reducing shaky hands...

Beta blockers aren't a permanent thing when you start them. This is total medical misinformation. I take them as needed and my prescribing doctor literally told me to take them as needed for anxiety.

I disagree that it has a place in bodybuilding. Benzos are highly addictive, and as someone who's been hooked on them, I'm happy to warn anybody about their addictive potential.
