I’ve only been in growth hormone for a little over a month so I don’t give much credit for most of my gains but I can say that my overall well being is much better and it really does a great job with burning fat with fasted cardio

Yea I tried to bump it up to 4 and got carpal tunnel and had trouble sleeping, dropped back down to 2 and it seems to be my sweet spot

Just TRT not on a cruise. Next cycle I plan on pushing the dosages a little bit

I was spot on 205 in that pic. Weighed in at 209 today, I’ve noticed more fluctuations in weight with the GH, probably water retention. I fluctuate between 205 and 210

I’m in life long TRT Dr. prescribed 200mg a week. I added 2iu GH the last month or so for same reason. I’m 45 and deficient and I can say the low dose GH has been amazing for both sleep quality and well being
