💥Day 10 UPDATE💥 Hey all, just checking in with a little update on the KLOW so far. I noticed in the first few days that my hands were not aching as much as they were which is amazing. Gut pain has been pretty non existent which is even better! I have been making better choices with food...

Thank you, will take your advice on board. I've been on sema in the past, in the beginning it made me pretty ill so I stopped but started again some time later. It did help me out a lot based around food noise and helped me to drop some unwanted weight. Definitely need to tighten up the diet...
