This one is what they call their "premium" psyllium fiber so it has 5 grams per serving but I agree! I've actually decided to add a smoothie daily so that I can get my berries, oats, flax, and psyllium all in one place. Raw psyllium is hard for me to choke down.

Has now been 10 days since beginnning TRT and getting back into the gym. No effects from TRT yet as it's still building up, but have seen massive growth in the last week physique wise. Energy still pretty low, especially after workout. Sleep has been 7-8 hours each night...
