Shoulder workout from last night. Typically I would do an overhead press after warming up but skipped those today to focus on pushing as much blood into the delts as possible.
Although this is always the goal, I'm 6 weeks in to this current cycle and its time to shake things up a bit.

Cycle up till bloods has been weeks 1-4:-
Test e - 600
Primo - 400
Eq - 300
Pinning daily and last pin was 24 hours prior to bloods.
Still waiting on my E2 LCMS to come back from recent bloods. Approx waiting time is 1-2 weeks I’ve been told. Kinda annoying as 1-2 weeks can be a long time when you want to manipulate estrogen to appropriate levels.
In saying that, this is my 4th time trying eq. Trying to find the right ratio...
Update on training from this week. After a few days with almost zero food from being sick started to push the calories back up again slowly. Still didn’t step on the scales as it would of been emotional suicide 😂
Alright fellas bloodwork is back. Let me preface this by saying I did get LCMS estrogen tested but it will take 1-2 weeks for those results.

Weeks 1-3
Test e - 600
Primo - 400
Eq - 300
Weeks 4 & 5
Test e -800
Primo - 400
Eq - 200

Shoulder session after a week of no training due to stomach virus. Goal today was to just move some weight around. Nothing to taxing as I’m still coming back to baseline. Missed a few calories this week as is the case but I will build them back up again as I go and the body allows.
