    Yea had to increase calories up ti 2500-2700 as dropping too quickly. Reckon another few weeks on the mini cut and I'll be there. Workout yesterday and cooked everything I ate. Added in kefir daily for gut health.

    Appreciate it. I was doing 4 for numerous years, I've found my body responds better to increased rest and hitting full body. Maybe an ecto thing?
