Mid week update
@Sassy's Pharmaceuticals going well as I’m in my second week of 450:150 test/eq. Solid as usual.
Reta I’m spacing out to every 5 days at 2.5mg and that’s from @PeptideX which also has given me the hgh which now I am dropping for a little.
Food could be a bit cleaner, but...
For bench depending on incline or flat I aim for roughly 8, if I have a spot I try and push to 11/12.
Weight wise on the incline I’m at 40kg and flat I do around 35kg
Squat I go a bit lighter might do 80/90kg but look to do 10-15 reps, more in the first sets then tapers off

Trying to split it between glutes/hammies and then quads. With work my sessions are shorter so I feel like it’s better to do 2 separate days

Food and training have been consistent. Nothing has changed there. Needing to bring in second leg session like I was doing as well as a bit more cardio.
Supps are still best test and eq from @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals can feel the pumps on eq and I’ve dropped it to 200:100...
