I would really appreciate some input on the volume i do every set 1rir or to failure (almost always to 0rir) its 8-10 straight sets each week pr muscles group, i upped the volume to 10-12 for example hamstring 10 but quads 12 and glutes was only 4 so i took it up to 6( 3 sets of hip thrust.
Its ceareal and 1 portion a day is okey i cannot eat all my kcal with only rice when i eat so much… that would be to much fruit in one portion for me but i throw in some bananas sometimes. i do quick carbs post/pre workout its not the worst thing when rest of my calories are micronutrient dense
It has worked for me thats the point i notice when i drop the intra shake i crash mid session especially on leg day. I do candy pre workout somedays on leg days is that better since i am not digesting mid workout?
