    Also the pip can depend on the amount of BA per vial, so there could be a number of reasons you experience it. Also, if you aspirate, there is a tendency to move the needle around; this causes issues too if you're not awesome at it haha.

    Yeah, that's why I went with saying that it's not always the case but I do enjoy the longer cycles so I tend to stick with a longer rest/recovery time. Then again, I'm not training as a bodybuilder so it suits my lifestyle more than others. In the end it will come down to bloods and training...

    I like the however long you're on is how long you should rest. Is that always the case? Probably not, but it is a good protocol to build a schedule off of.
