I get really sore when I take a class because I get these insane pumps that hurt bad from all of the lactic acid I'm building up. Guys anything good to take to help with lactic acid build up?
For a girl the best one to try would be something like Bridge that has DHEA in it and other stuff to help your workouts. Most test boosters work on the testicles and girls lack those.
I know this kid in class that is a real dork looking dude but gets a lot of play from chicks, he looks like those "Twilight" wanna-be dorks and he gets all the chicks to stop him in the hall way and flat ask him out. I really think while I look more like Arnold and I'm not really getting any...
