I've done 2 a day's for short periods like 2 weeks straight and made great gains. Have to back off after a while to rest your CNS even if your muscles are recovering. Toward the end that's the only time I ever felt overtrained.
It depends on the carrier oil. Many labs now are using GSO but it actually has one of the shortest shelf lives(3-5 months). Cottonseed and safflower are better choices with a shelf life of years. That's why pharm uses them.
If you have GSO, keep it in a cool dark place and it should last...
