I have used MCT as well and had no reaction. But I have read that for the rare few it can be inflammatory. Peanut Oil similar, vast majority of people it's perfectly fine, but for the forsaken ones, it is extremely bad. GSO seems to be the most widely tolerated. It also has a nice viscosity.
