Low FODMAP is essentail for me aha, anything outside of it I get bad runs. Especailly with the reta added in. The cardio is the easy part as I've come from a cardio sports background and i'm a creature of habit aha!
I would say the hard part had been the low food I tend to wake up in the night...
I should have went abit more in depth haha my bad!!
