True 300mgs is a cruise do drop down to 120mg for upto 3 months a year but do run a cycle here or there. Training is pretty simple 3 workouts Back/biceps. Legs/ core. Chest/ triceps All 5 exercises 5sets of each rep range 15 to 20. 1 day on one day off rolls over weekly. Diet 4 meals clean...
