Just curious how many of you take rest days. I can't help but feel like I'm wasting a day sometimes if I don't do some resistance training even though I know there are many benefits. So, do you guys take them? If so, how often?

Thanks for the advice guys. I will pick up the times suggested for my PCT. So should i just run the tren and prop? I keep reading about people adding aromasin and caber in during cycle. Or are these just to mitigate sides once they become visible?

Tren Ace 3 x 10ml vials 50mg EOD to start, might go higher - 8 weeks total
Test Prop 4 x 10ml vials 100mg EOD for 10 weeks
Aromasin 12.5mg x 100 ?
Caber .5mg x 24 .5mg every 3.5 days ?
Clomid 50mg x 100...

I have no experience with GW-501516 and I'm thinking about picking some up from sarms1 for an upcoming tren ace cycle. I like to do HIIT cardio a few times a week and I have read about it's ability to combat sides associated with endurance. As well as it's fat burning ability.

This morning I had 5 eggs and rolled oats because I was out of egg whites. I usually don't have that many yolks.
My favorite? Probably the sampler at IHOP though. Always eat there when one is close by as I travel

First things first, the kid does warm up sets and definitely has some strength for a 19 year old (405 pretty easily) but when he tries to bench 700+ raw...it's pretty funny. Thought you guys would enjoy it too
