I’m 53, 6’ 175lbs, been lifting 8 years. Experimented w/Sarms in past…not sure if I really noticed anything that consistent lifting and nutrition couldn’t do…but I never stacked anything. Not sure about any side effects..could be my allergies…? Every time I get my blood checked for getting on...

I tried both from multiple supposedly reputable sources... didn’t notice anything but cramping. Not on highly restrictive diet n didn’t even gain 5lbs muscle with consistent lifting. Done with SARMS.
