What i do is and i really wouldn't recommend this at all. Carb deplete for 3 days first start witg 1g for 2 days drop to 750 for 2 500 for 3 and then nothing. Normally end up 4 or so kilos on average lighter a week after (i use crystal dnp too for reference) Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

I've done 14 weeks of tren e at 600mg p/w and had a dnp run @ week 7. Its a nice little reset and i always seem to recomp nicely afterwards, however that week is pure hell you can't sleep and you sweat like an absolute pig but in saying that i run dnp high at first and then taper down each day...

I've ordered from addar about a dozen times never once have i recieved anything substandard, he's always been easy to deal with and on the one occasion there has been a problem the issue was remedied without any further incident, and i hope that he will continue provided us aussie boys with...

No i typically stay at the same dose throughout, the sides were less than running 50-60mg dbol or 125mg adrol on there own. I'm not typically one to gain bloat from either compound though Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Can confirm dbol/adrol combo is great i usually do 30mg dbol/75mg adrol for roughly 4 weeks (sometimes it doesn't last the full duration) gains were nice and the strength increase is even better Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

I've got a 13mm inzer belt, but thats because i compete. A general rule is 10mm belts conform quicker and tend to be more comfortable where as 13mm belt are more rigid and offer additional support. As long as you get a belt that is the same width along the entire length, and is good quality...
