📝Week 18 - Sunday Update📝
Gosh i did the dumbest thing last night. When i went to shoot my HGH at night, i wasnt paying attention and shot 1.5mg of Reta!
I was so mad at myself. I was crashing out, throwing a tantrum and i almost messaged @CladHQ and closed the log. :LOL:

HGH, Reta and Klow are my core peps. I think its basically the hollywood/instagram model core 3.
I really got alot out of just 1iu a dy. Maybe its the the next thing you could try?
Definately improved me sleep, among many other things.
You food pics are always soo good.
Reta has killed my desire to try to make food look nice for photos. Its become to "transactional" for me now :ROFLMAO:

Average weight for this week was 50.4kg so a nice increase from last week. :cool:
