Yeah i know there are better things but its the best low risk supplement for me cuz the really bad thing that could happen is diabetes but it can be monitered. Maybe do you know other things i could stack it with that have low side effects ?

I think for now i would just take it on its own cuz its the only supplements that i know all the pros and cons and it doesnt have that much of side effects
