Couldn't agree more about the proprietary blends. Never in my life have I ever purchased a supplement with a proprietary blend. If your interested in that supplement, extract the ingredients in it, do research on dosage per ingredient, and then purchase them in pure powders and mix it...

I see you guys are all about EQ for endurance track athletes, but would that be the same for a 200/400m athlete? I looked into it but was told by a couple guys that EQ for a (mainly)400m runner, was not ideal, and would be a waste of money. What are your opinion?
