To be honest with you, if you haven't been training during this quarantine I would ride it out without gear the first 4 weeks. Muscle memory will net you a lot of lost tissue and then you can add the goods. Keep your connective tissue happy :)

Been crushing it lately in my home gym. Got a buffalo bar and used it for both high bar squats and bench (secondary mover that day) and though it takes some getting used to, absolutely love it! Great new tool for the home gym.

Those are some poverty macros, brother. I am 5'9 210 and my maintenance macros are 300/650/65. Granted I am still training, but I am relatively lean.

I would save the orals for a future blast. What does your current diet look like? If you track things properly and eat around maintenance, you can shed some body fat and gain lean mass, especially since this is your first run.
