Still training hard to failure high reps focusing mostly on my shoulders, back and arms.

84g carbs one cup wild rice, fresh baby spinach, full can of peas
12pm only protein bar I know of that is dairy free and peanut free called cliff builders...

Super busy the last two days with my kids and my ol’lady’s birthday. Trying to eat more I’ve added veggies to the diet I probably should have added that I’m anaphylactic to dairy and peanuts. is there a protein powder alternative to whey?
The test is just a trt prescription. Don’t really now what to expect from the Anavar but the third day I was doing dumbbell curls and my pump was the best I’ve ever had and I carry a pump most of the day interested to see what next week brings it can only get better
Not cycling the test just the Anavar and I’m gonna do 50mg daily. I’m using natures craft for organs. I’ve been on test since December 2022 on 200mg a week for 3 months. Thank you for all the feed back guys next time I’ll be more informed.
