which protein did you guys think gives more mass and more size for the same flavor? nitrotech by muscletech or on gold standard whey?

The n2joint tabs are a bit big for me and I want to know if it's ok to break them into 2? I broke one today and some white powder inside was thinking maybe a bad idea to break because there would be a digestion issue?
