Update: diet is going well, however training not so much. I missed a week of training as we are moving out/moving in to the new house. Super busy with work, cleaning, packing, etc. Not a great timing towards the end of the Blast but that's life.
Got back to the gym last night and did full body...
Yeah Gainsman is the man haha. All good with Omega 3 intake. I am taking plenty of it, there was a photo of Carlson Fish oil that i use few pages back. 1600mg per ml

Meal 1:
300 grams Greek yogurt with 100 grams museli and 100 grams mixed berries

300 grams beef mince with 150 grams rice and...
Had to miss Leg day and Cardio last week due to back playing up. Deep tissue massage and needling helped as usual. Back to the gym today. Pretty good Push day, got the job done.
