Chest is doing better. I’ll get a little tightness and a pulling feeling but the pain is gone and I do some static stretching and seems to work it out okay.
@BeMe it isn’t better but it isn’t stopping me either. There is a little more stretching that is going into most workouts. Nothing too intense that would cause strength issues. Just more warmups and a little static stretching between sets.
