    Meldonium/ Mildronate

BobbaFitt - actually I think you're right, it's another strike against it. muskate - sorry one error in your post, and it's the one I'm correcting with this thread: Meldonium does not increase the size of blood vessels, and it only improves blood flow where there has been a problem.

    Meldonium/ Mildronate

There have been a few threads on here, and lots of articles floating around after this went on the banned list. I though I'd summarize my research and personal experience, and hopefully save others from my mistakes! NB This thread is just about Meldonium, to hopefully stop people making a...

SR9009 - split doses in protein drink?

Yeah, looks like I liquidized half my garden, tastes like that, but the the texture is the worst. :0)

    Buying SARMS in the UK

I've done a quick search on them, and they've very mixed reviews. I think there's one reputable UK based company from my googling, but I haven't compared with Sarms1, so can't say for sure.

SR9009 - split doses in protein drink?

I could do that, they all know I'm a freak lol. It's funny when someone new is in the office, and they see my green gloopy protein drink (I use veggie protein) or handfuls of supplements.

SR9009 - split doses in protein drink?

and again, I'm not bothered about the taste at all, I'm not sure how many times I need to say it :-) I''ll be using GW too, but for fitness/ endurance it's the best combo.

SR9009 - split doses in protein drink?

I'll figure something out. I've also seen people using SR9009 just as a pre workout, rather than every day? If I remember right, part of it's effects are to increase mitochondria (?) if that's so I'd have thought every day, and trying to keep levels consistent is the way to go.... in which case...

    Cutting stack (UK source)

I was going to PM you, but as another noob I can't yet. Receptor Chem seems legit in UK, would need to order and try against sarms1 to really compare of course.

SR9009 - split doses in protein drink?

Thanks guys, I'm really not bothered about the taste at all, it's more the whole pulling out a dodgy looking vial in work and taking a dropper of the liquid. They already think I'm a freak with my healthy greens shake, and tablets etc. lol.

SR9009 - split doses in protein drink?

Hi - wanted views from the experienced. I know you need to split SR9009 throughout the day, which will be difficult for me in work. I was thinking of adding to my protein/ nutrient drink, as it'll ensure I'm spreading doses throughout the day. I haven't tasted it yet, but thanks to the greens...

Endurance LOG (Long distance runner) - Sarms, peptides etc...

Thanks Masonic & Jay. I'll be trying a cycle and will log things here (or should probably start my own thread). I'm pretty meticulous logging my training, and bench marking performance. If you lose all benefits, then they're probably not much use for athletes, unless they compete on them - and...

Endurance LOG (Long distance runner) - Sarms, peptides etc...

Thanks Jay, do you lose it all though, or do you keep some benefit from training harder when on?

    How to lose muscle?

Thanks again, I guess it's just the adaption has slowed, especially on my upper body. At my biggest I was touching a 50 inch chest, and 17.5 inch arms...I'm now down to a 42 inch chest, and 14 inch arms, but they haven't really changed in over a year, and it's bulk/weight that doesn't help with...

Endurance LOG (Long distance runner) - Sarms, peptides etc...

ah but it's the endurance/ fitness aspect I'm wondering about, do you keep that as well?

    How to lose muscle?

Totally agree, no way I'm doing that. (Plus I love food too much!) My legs are fine, which is probably because they take the bigger training load, so have compensated quicker. I could try a massive block of swimming to over train my upper body to drive muscle loss (which ironically is why those...
