Dosage varies from 5-50mg per day. There is no standard dose, it must be dialed in by bloodwork. I've never seen a 1mg pregnenolone dose. If you are older or on HRT chances are higher that you may need to supplement with it.

Works great. Aromatizes like nothing else.. I have to run 1mg ed Arimidex with 50mg Ment ed. Even then I'd recommend 30mg raloxifene ed and a dopamine agonist as its a 19-nor. Listen to my advice or get gyno.
