I also think it has a 24 hour ish half life so you might be good with a daily single dose. I never noticed any difference after a few days and it really kicked in

I personally liked about week 3-4. Had enough time to boost your training and endurance but didn't feel like my body adapted yet. I ran a few half marathons last year and that was what I found worked best for me.
