Climbing the latter of Age Isn't so fun when the things you use to love start to hurt and I'm only 38. Football and Lifting transformed in to just lifting which has yet transformed again into Coaching and Spotting... I saw a commercial the other day of some 72 year old guy and he was ripped, what was worse the wife noticed. I'm coming back with a vengeance. I have a 15 year old son that lifts daily and I don't like that he is getting close to lifting more than me...
