I have been working out since i was 17 years old,i discovered powerlifting that year, I set a teen world record in the bench press raw 350 lbs @ 165 lb class.
From there i was hooked ,powerlifted from 1986-1999 .Best lifts 751 lb squat 551 bench @ 198 603 lbs @ 220 class ,which won me the IPA worlds bench press championship..
1999 i started to bodybuilding and still to this day!
Titles 2000 Mr KY Gold cup 2nd place ,2001 first place and over all Mr KY gold cup .2005 Mr KY. 6 years ago i placed 10th in the light heavy Nationals,
Now at 45 i am training for mostly master competitions .One is The Masters Nationals.

From 1995 -2008 i was a Pro Wrestler ,never making it in the US but had success in Canada,Mexico,Japan i retired in 2008.I was trained by WWE hall of famer Jimmy Boogie Woogie man Valiant.
I have tagged with legend Ricky Morton of the rocking roll express.Wrestled Hacksaw JimDuggan,Bad ass Billy Gunn ,and many more.
Now i am boring,i am a District Sales Manager of a mid level newspaper.
