first inject 3 wks ago test e... i sweated it out for 25 min before pinning lol...no pain beyond the pinch when i broke the skin...had severe pip for 3 days in glutes/quads/delts each first injection...now my body has acclimated (i assume) to absorbing the test as i now have hardly any pip

my understanding hgh supplementation doesnt suppress natural hgh production by any significant amount..so i wouldnt expect any noticeable difference being off it now
if youre like me, just be sure to eat plenty before using stimulants...i feel terrible with caffeine on empty stomach

and i use minimal amounts of stimulants and not before every workout
fishoil, vitamin b complex, vitamin c, ibuprofen(glucosamine doesnt do shit for me)...anything else (bcaas etc) based on activity
