    cycle went great!!! still have all my hair, gained bout 10lbs of lean musclemass, while doing loads of endurance training along with lifting, body fat is still under 10% and my liver didn't explode...... I'd say things are great!!!.... Can't wait to do it again T

    I'm not having any E.D. issues and feel great, as for the PCT you're recommending the hcgenerate and Forged PCT are no problem, I don't know what Sustain is..... I do appreciate your help.....T

    I've been stacking Epi & Beast w/ forged liver support & GEAR, pre and Post workout for about 4 weeks. 10lbs lean muscle mass My question is - Do I start my PCT of HCGenerate & more liver support, or can I start a new stack???? and if so what is recommended ???? T

    Is it better to drink protein or to eat foods that have high amounts of it?

    I agree, Protein from both sources is best, its hard to get all your protein from animal sources because of the fat content. I think 3 meals w/ 20-30gm animal protein per meal- (average amount in a chicken breast) and of course it also depends on your size, then 3 supplemented servings, first...
