I started to increase the amount of volume I was doing, and I’m noticing some issues with my elbows.
how would you use bpc157 for bad elbows?
My plan was this: 250mcg R and L elbow first 4 weeks daily
then 250mcg R and L elbow EOD for 8 weeks
then 250mcg R and L elbow 2x a week for 12 weeks...
