Been slacking on the post had a lot going on personally but I’m back now ive dropped my weekly dose down to 1ml of @GENTEXLaboratories teste 250 aiming for solid 7-8 hr sleeps dropping an extra kg sitting at 95 dry feeling unreal
Today was a rest day for me which consisted of fasted cardio...
You cannot outwork a bad diet, post workout re fuel going down I have taken a 3 day break from weight training to let the body rest.
Back in the gym yesterday kicked it off with legs
10min warm up on treadmill 5km/h
Leg extensions to warm up my knees 30kgx50 reps then got into some hack squat...
Physic update achieved my goal of 96kgs dry thanks to @GENTEXLaboratories for the support ! And my man @Woodiee for pushing me day in day out !
