I’m 175 lbs and 5’10” looking to bulk up and I’m 25 years old I’m very strong for my size I can bench over 200 lbs no problem I’ve read if you use deca you need to go 15 weeks. That is what I want to do. My plan is this: deca 500mgs a week test 200mgs a week what else should I add ?
