I train 6 times peer week. I have 6 meals per day. 3 shakes. But i dont weight my meals. I never did it and i do ok. I eat more than 200g of protein per day for sure.

Today 13.10 i started 12(84days) weeks now: Test Enh 500 mg + 300 mg Deca + 50 g Proviron Mesterolon + 7caps n2guard/day, 10 mgs aromasion (Every other day) I take test enh 2x peer week 250 mg, 1x peer week deca and 2x25 proviron daily. I got 190 cm and 104 kg 13.10.2022. On the photo attached...
