I'm up again in weight, I'm sitting at almost 150lbs. People have started to notice. Luckily it seems to pack on densely so it's not very visible. I don't want to explode in size overnight.
At this time ice made adjustments to my macros and increased my total calorie intake to adjust for the increased weight.
Overt the Friday to Monday I tried that 3 day water fast. Day 1 was a walk in the park day 2-3 were hard. I don't think I'll try it again. I did drop 4.5lbs in the 3 days...
Quick update: so far have gained 15lbs but some of that is fat, I'm always starving. I try to limit to my macros but since I'm gaining weight it's confusing to hit a moving target. I'm doing a few days of fasting to burn off some of the flab.

To answer some questions, I do have increased libido, which I'm not complaining about, and neither is my girlfriend (yet).
I'm sure there is also a part that is a psychological placebo effect but as long as it works...
