I'm 40 years old 6 ft 2 in 220 lb I am running rad 140 and cardarine GW. I am doing 20 mg of each for a total of 12 weeks. The guy who sold them to me said I did not need to run a PCT but reading on a forum seems like I do. What kind of post Cycle Therapy do you recommend
