I'm 48, 6'2", 195# with 9.8%BF, down from 15.5% a year ago; my body weight has stayed steady the last year too.
T levels in the last 2 months have come back at 371 & 406
I train 5 days a week (3 with PT). On top of that, I do an hour of my "core" 7 days a week...
