This is my first time with aas pills. I bought clomid and nolva along with the anavar for PCT. I need advice on if I take nolva clomid or both and dose/duration. Again, this is an oral only oxandrolone 8 week cycle.

I'll still take an 8 week end of cycle picture and post it here. I'll do my best with diet but God that's where I really am weak...if anything this cycle and posting this thread has taught me diet is #1. Training #2. PEDs dead last.

I'm stronger than ever tho.. close to 5 weeks in. The pills "forced" me to not skip workouts, so perhaps my gains are simply from consistently training. My take...if I would've eaten right I'd be much leaner(no shit sherlock).
