    Don’t do it bro, most of em is just test and fake labels. Indian pharma has soo many fake floating around it’s difficult to get pure gear that is dosed right. And this lab, has no contact info, no address and is only available online. Not safe and not to be trusted.

    I’ve been doing steady state all this while, you think I should add a hiit or sprints or high intensity cardio?? I’ve got 2 rest days where I focus on cardio and just sleep. You guys think it’d be better for me to change it to hiit?

    Today’s workout - Arms and core 10 min walk Reverse grip pull ups - 12/12/12/12 Barbell curls 2*15 kg 20/18 reps (warm up sets) 2*20 kg 15/15 reps 1*25 kg 12 reps 1*30 kg 9 reps ( could’ve pushed more here but then had the whole workout left. This is the heaviest I have curled with good form)...
