Hit outer delts nice and hard, good volume followed by hitting both forearm groups. This is my double workout changeover day so I am hoping that hitting smaller groups in the night won’t hit the overall fatigue buildup as hard

The remaining 6 weeks will just be the test e 350mg weekly. Based off feedback from this forum, I’ve removed the Dianabol from the last 4 weeks to avoid any excessive aromatizatiom issues
