No log. Been on trt for 8 months and found 150 to be my sweet spot. Have used deca in the past in cycles and as Im 49 y.o, life long trainer and work a physical job it’s ideal for keeping my body moving and relatively pain free. Im defs not looking for massive gains, more sustainability.

Im in similar situation but happy sitting on 150mg test e weekly, bloods are good and diets clean. What do people consider a safe weekly dose of deca to run with the test?

Disable sms verification on CoinSpot so only 2fa was enabled and could only cut and paste Wallet address, the Qr and manually typing both gave me incorrect address flags.

I’ve always considered test 250 weekly a conservative amount but just from reading through forums on here there seems to be a fairly popular train of thought test can be just as effective with lower doses. Interested in your experiences??

I’ve never really used dbol mate but test E 250ml + deca 200ml weekly is good but conservative bulking cycle. Good place To start if it’s your first cycle for a while

First time ordering through ugl. Delivery was faster than expected. Platinum deca200 and platinum test e 250. Test looked a bit thin/watery but bloods are really positive and results 3 weeks in are solid. Definitely recommend
