I to am busy at work. I take a protein carb shake to work and drink that through the day to help with getting the extra calories in. Post workout is also good. Wow thats awesome, I know a few people who have had the same results. Its an amazing compound.

I think thats where if you find the right dose to lose fat but not muscle. High protein uptake and some peds and she be right. 💪

Yeah im the same. Im already sub 10 percent bf. Might do some binge eating go up to 15 percent then thats a good excuse to use it 🤣
