blood work 1st cycle ?

Curious on my blood work an if i need/should add supps I have lost 30kgs in the last 6 months an have access too my 1st cycle of test e Should i Start now or continue to shed im 6.4ft 118kgs 33 years old Any knowledge would be highly appreciated
