super hot right now where I live my air conditioner can't even keep up with how hot it is what is the best fat burner to use in these types of situations and is it safe to use it when it's so hot outside

which supplements out there are usually faked or spiked and which ones are usually spot on? Is there a link or a list that can tell you what to watch for I thought I read somewhere that a lot of times when you buy things like test boosters or fat burners they are usually spiked

I get home from work later at night and I turn on the tv local channels and there are always infomercials for fat burner products and the models on there look really ripped and muscular. But when I order them they do nothing for me. Is it just me or do you guys have the same results ?
