1st some stats:
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 191 lbs.
BF%: 11%
Experience: 3 years weightlifting all natty.
5 days a week chest/back/shoulders/arms/legs and mon/wed/fri are ab days tue/thur are cardio days. Typically spend an hour in the gym each session. Should i increase?
